Park Services

• Plot Size - The minimum spacing between homes is 6 metres. New homes are provided with 2 sets of brick steps with appropriate handrails and a matching brick surrounding skirt. Each home has a metal garden shed (minimum 6’x8’).
• Parking – All plots have an allocated parking space. With additional spaces allocated for visitors. Garages are available to rent for an additional monthly fee starting at £40 PCM.
• Utilities - All homes on the park are connected to natural gas, electricity, and water. All services are laid underground.
• Council Tax Band A.
• Broadband – Cabled.
• Pitch fees – Start at £200 PCM
