Anchor Park is a family owned and run residential park for the over 50s.
When approaching retirement, many people may look to downsize. Considering smaller homes that are more convenient to live in and to manage. Residential park homes offer great value for money, with costs significantly lower than purchasing an equivalently sized house. Not only are park homes more affordable than standard bricks and mortar homes, owners can also expect a comfortable, energy efficient and stylish new home.
With over 70 years of experience in the park home industry we are committed to providing a safe and relaxing place to enjoy your retirement. Residents are protected with security of tenure by the Mobile Homes Act 1983.
The land on which Anchor Park stands has been owned by the Leslie family since the mid 1930s. The business started life as a tea room run from the converted garage space, moving on to a camping/touring caravan site and finally becoming the residential park that it is today.
Anchor Park is conveniently situated in the village of Snettisham offering easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants.
Snettisham has regular bus services to King's Lynn and the North Norfolk Coast.
King's Lynn offers direct rail links to Ely, Cambridge and London King's Cross.
